Five Hosting Hacks for a Perfect Friendsgiving

Tis' the season for celebration! We can't think of a better way to kick off the holidays than with a table full of friends. We've put together some foolproof (and crowd-pleasing) hosting tips to get this parTEA started.

Here are some of our favorite hosting ideas for a fabulous Friendsgiving!

STOCK THE FRIDGE

It probably goes without saying but a parTEA isn't a party without the Boozy! For an easy celebration, stock up with these Friendsgiving your essentials:

• 3 Bottles of Your Favorite Red

• 3 Bottles of Your Favorite White

• Owl's Brew Spiced Chai & Cranberry

• Sparkling Water

• Still Water

Other parTEA items we always have on hand are: bitters, these are great to add to sparkling water if someone is not drinking! Ice, always have more than less! A shaker, 'cuz those cocktails aren't going to mix themselves 😉

SET A THEME

Hosting should be fun. Create a theme for the night! Some themes we’ve been brewing up:

• Pajama ParTEA! Hey, you're hosting at home right? Stay extra cozy and did we mention, it makes for some super cute photos.

• Ugly Sweater ParTEA - Jump into the spirit a little early and celebrate both Friendsgiving and Christmas in one night. We’re all thankful for the holiday season, right?

CREATE A SIGNATURE COCKTAIL

DO NOT worry we have got you covered for this one. Our best advice, keep them simple! You don't want to be batching complicated cocktails all night. Once you have your cocktail, make a fun name and a little menu (old frames you have lying around are perfect for this). Your guests will love that you are prepared and aren’t serving basic vodka sodas. Here are three easy recipes we LOVE:

There is no better way to set the mood than with some good tunes and nice lighting. An Instagrammable moment is EVERYTHING. Pics or it didn't happen ;)

Edison lights add charm if your gathering is indoor or outdoor. Tea candles also create a really lovely intimate vibe, and are inexpensive. Lighting in your space tells the story. Make sure your guests can feel the vibe you're going for!

Go ahead and create a fun playlist and get the music squared away! One less thing to worry about when your guests arrive and the parTEA has started.

SET THE TABLE

Flowers, candles, and pretty glassware go a long way! We love these female-led brands:

Owl's Brew Friendsgiving Cocktail Menu

Cranberry Chai Cosmo - 6oz Spiced Chai & Cranberry Boozy Tea

1oz Vodka

Garnish: Rosemary sprigs

Pour half of a chilled can of Spiced Chai & Cranberry Boozy Tea and vodka into a coup glass and stir. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve.

Sparkling Bourbon Punch - 6oz of Spiced Chai & Cranberry Boozy Tea

1oz Bourbon

Garnish: Cinnamon sticks

Pour a chilled can of Spiced Chai & Cranberry Boozy Tea and bourbon into a glass and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon stick and serve.

Spiced Rum Fizz - 6oz can Spiced Chai & Cranberry Boozy Tea

1oz Spiced Rum

Garnish: Apple slices

Pour a can of Spiced Chai & Cranberry Boozy Tea and spiced rum over ice and stir. Garnish with apple slices and serve.
