WISE WOMEN COLLECTIVE
The Wise Women Collective (WWC) is a community-based program created by Owl’s Brew founders Jennie Ripps and Maria Littlefield.
As a female-led organization, we believe in the importance of using our voice. In an industry where only 4% of women hold roles as CEOs, brewmasters, or salespeople, we are dedicated to giving back to the community that has supported us and amplifying our collective impact.
WWC is an inclusive program focused on women supporting women. Through this platform, we support women’s initiatives and charities, foster community-building and education, and create spaces for meaningful conversation and celebration.
