Owl’s Brew Brand Ambassador Program

Owl’s Brew is seeking Brand Ambassadors in Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; Miami, FL; New York City/Long Island, NY; New Jersey;  and Philadelphia, PA across the US to grow its clean boozy beverage brand. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for promoting and sampling Owl’s Brew Boozy Tea to 21+ consumers in your market.

Candidates must be of legal drinking age.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sample Owl’s Brew Boozy Tea at targeted on and off premise accounts in your market.

  • Weekly reporting of activations and feedback provided to Owl’s Brew HQ is required via field management tool.

  • Build and maintain relationships with accounts & local industry contacts.

  • Prospecting, coordinating and executing local events/festivals that align with Owl's Brew culture and initiatives

  • Performance tracking against program goals and the ability to identify gaps and adjust distribution strategy as needed

  • Reports to Territory Manager / Key Account Manager in region and home-market

  • Work in partnership with management to develop and execute target account maintenance and brand promotions, including sampling

  • Maintain consistent communication with Owl’s Brew HQ to ensure program performance.


  • Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record and reliable automobile.

  • Must have a smart phone with ability to take/upload/identify photos.

  • Strong networking and relationship building skills; energetic, motivated, outgoing, competitive and embraces the brand.

  • Brand education and industry knowledge

  • Ability to take direction well and contribute insights and knowledge gained in the field.

  • Creative, innovative, self-starter.

  • Multi-tasker who creatively and effectively solves problems.  

  • High attention to detail. 

  • Must be able to engage your audience with a friendly and knowledgeable approach.

  • Flexibility to work days, nights and weekends as needed – schedule will vary weekly.

  • Must be able to lift at least 30lbs. 


  • Mileage Stipend or more formal expense system for gas/mileage.

  • Monthly Incentive Program – reward for most consumers sampled/6 packs sold/etc.
