Mocktails Made Easy!

In need of a detox this Jan, but don't know where to begin? Maybe you've thought about Dry January, but the idea of a cocktail-less happy hour is hard to wrap your head around (we get it!).


We've put together a list of our favorite (and easy to make) mocktails, so skip the booze without settling for sugary soda or the blah blah boring. We promise you won't even miss the tequila. & don't worry, your secret's safe with us.



1. Non-Alch Spicy Margarita

Our booze-free Spicy Margarita is made with our Wicked Margarita (fresh-brewed organic green tea, lemon, lime and habanero). All the good stuff, and none of the hard stuff.


Ingredients:

- 3 Parts Wicked Margarita (fresh brewed green tea, lime and habanero)

- 2 Parts Sparkling Water

- Squeeze of fresh lime

- Serve on the rocks with a lime twist or fresh lime


Directions:

- Mix Wicked Margarita and sparkling water in a glass with ice

- Add a squeeze of fresh lime

- Stir and enjoy!



2. Mock Mule

All the citrus, spice & everything nice without the spike.

Ingredients:

- Equal parts Citrus Sweet Tea

(English Breakfast Tea, Lemon and Lime) and Ginger Beer (we love the unfiltered ones like Bruce Cost)

- Serve on the rocks

- Garnish with lemon twist or ginger piece


Directions:

- Pour Citrus Sweet Tea and Ginger Beer into a glass over ice in

- Add lemon or fresh ginger



3. Watermelon Soda

Light, Fruity & Bubbly


Ingredients:

- 1 Part Watermelon Margarita (White Tea, Watermelon, Raspberry)

- 3 Parts Seltzer

- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice

- Fresh mint and lemon wedge, for garnish


Directions:

- Gently muddle mint in a glass. Add lemon juice and Watermelon Margarita and stir.

- Fill glass with ice, and top with seltzer

- Garnish with a lemon wedge and fresh mint sprig




4. Spicy Garden Heat

Spicy & earthy, the perfect mid-afternoon pick me up


Ingredients:

- 1 Part Wicked Margarita (fresh-brewed organic green tea, lemon, lime and habanero)

- 1 Part fresh green-juice

- 1 Part Seltzer

- Squeeze of fresh lime juice

- Fresh cucumbers slices and assorted herbs (thyme and basil are our favorites!)


Directions:

- Add cucumbers and squeeze of lime juice to a glass, muddle gently.

- Add green juice and Wicked Margarita, stir

- Fill glass with ice, and top with seltzer

- Garnish with additional cucumber slices and herbs



5. Darjeeling Peach Tea

Rich and Juicy with a tart twist!

Ingredients:

- 1 Part Strawberry Manhattan (Darjeeling Tea, Strawberry and Hibiscus)

- 1/2 Part peach juice, or half of a fresh peach, muddled

-1 Part Seltzer water (to top)

- Fresh lemon juice, to taste


Directions:

- If using fresh peaches- Gently muddle fresh peach in a glass. Add lemon juice and Strawberry Manhattan.

- If using peach juice- combine peach juice, Strawberry Manhattan and lemon juice in a glass and stir.

- Fill glass with ice, and top with seltzer. Stir and garnish with peach slices or lemon wheel.



6. Red-Berry Smash

Perfectly refreshing, best with crushed ice!

Ingredients:

-1 Part Strawberry Manhattan (Darjeeling Tea, Strawberry and Hibiscus)

- 1/2 Part Lemonade (Store bought, or make your own!)

- 2 Parts Seltzer

- Assorted fresh red-berries (strawberries and raspberries)


Directions:

- Add berries to a glass and muddle gently.

- Add Strawberry Manhattan and lemonade, and stir.

- Fill glass with ice (crushed ice is preferable), and top with seltzer. Garnish with additional berries and mint.
