6 Boozy (Tea) Popsicles to Make for the Weekend

With Memorial Day around the corner, we've got summer sunshine (and summer treats) on the mind.


There is nothing more fun than a boozy popsicle on a Saturday afternoon. We've put together 6 easy (& tea based!) adult popsicle recipes that will have you cooled off in no time. Did we mention, they are also really pretty?


Expert tip: We also love pouring a glass of Boozy Tea and adding a popsicle as a garnish.



1. Strawberry Spritz Popsicle

A fruity frozen spritz!


- Equal Parts Strawberry Manhattan (Darjeeling, Hibiscus, Strawberry) and Prosecco

- Fresh strawberries (sliced)

- Popsicle Mold


Divide your Strawberry slices between your molds (2-3 per mold). Then fill halfway with Strawberry Manhattan, and top with Prosecco. Freeze overnight.




2. Spicy Margarita Popsicle

A new kind of Frozen Margarita!


- 3 parts Wicked Margarita (Green Tea, Lime, Habanero)

- 1/2 part Tequila

- Squeeze of fresh lime

- Popsicle molds


Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Swirl to mix. Fill all you popsicle molds to the top! Freeze overnight.


3. Lemon-Lime Spritz Popsicle

A little sour, a little sweet, a little boozy


- Equal Parts Citrus Sweet Tea (English Breakfast, Lemon, Lime) and Boozy Tea Yellow

- Optional: Fresh raspberries

- Popsicle Mold


If you choose to use Raspberries, divide equally between molds (3 per mold). Fill each popsicle mold halfway with Citrus Sweet Tea, and top with Boozy Tea Yellow. Freeze overnight.


4. Piña Pop

A tea based Pina pop!

- 3 parts Chai Piña Colada (Chai Tea, Pineapple, Coconut)

- 1/2 part Coconut Milk

- 1/2 part White Rum

- Chopped up Pineapple Pieces (bit size)

- Popsicle molds


Divide your pineapple pieces equally between molds (3-4 per mold). Combine Chai Piña Colada, Coconut Milk and White Rum in a bowl. Swirl to mix. Fill each popsicle mold. Freeze overnight.





5. Watermelon Spritz Popsicle

Deliciously refreshing. What's better than a watermelon frozen Spritz!?


- Equal Parts Watermelon Margarita (White Tea, Watermelon, Raspberry) and Boozy Tea Green

- Chopped up Watermelon (bit size)

- Popsicle Mold


Divide your watermelon pieces equally between molds (3 per mold). Fill each popsicle mold halfway with Watermelon Margarita, and top with Boozy Tea Green. Freeze overnight.




6. Hibiscus-Lime Popsicle

Perfectly juicy and deliciously tart!

- 2 Parts Boozy Tea Pink (White Tea, Watermelon, Raspberry)

- 1 Part Sparkling Water

- 1 Part Lime Juice

- Optional: Raspberry & Blueberries

- Popsicle Mold

If you decide to add fruit , divide them equally between molds (4 per mold). In a bowl, combine Boozy Tea Pink, Sparkling Water and Lime Juice. Swirl to Mix. Fill each popsicle mold to the top. Freeze overnight.
