1.5 oz. The Black Grouse

0.75 oz. Contratto Bianco Vermouth

0.5 oz. Lemon Shrub

2 Dashes Peychaud's Bitters

1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Build all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir with ice. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a burnt rosemary sprig rested on a lemon wheel
