1.5 oz. The Black Grouse

0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

0.25 oz. Maple Syrup

Pinch of Cinnamon

Build all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a smoked sea salt rimmed dessert wine glass.
