1.25 oz. The Famous Mint Tea

1.25 oz. The Famous Grouse

1 oz. Apple Cider

0.25 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

0.75 oz. Autumn Spice Simple Syrup*

0.5 oz. Kronan Swedish Punsch

1 Barspoon Fernet Branca

Build all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a double old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with four apple slices fanned over a lemon wheel.

*Autumn Spice Simple Syrup

Bring 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water to a boil

Add 1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon, 1/2 Tsp Ground Cloves, 1 Grated Nutmeg, 8 Allspice Berries and 1/4 Tsp. Cayenne Pepper.

Allow to simmer for five minutes and then strain
